The composition of claim 2 wherein component (a) is a mixture of alkyl vinyl ethers.

The composition of claim 1 wherein component (a) is a mixture of dodecyl vinyl ethers and hydroxybutyl vinyl ether.

The composition of claim 1 wherein component (b) is triethylene glycol divinyl ether.

The composition of claim 1 wherein component (b) is divinyl ether ethylene glycol.
