DETAILED DESCRIPTION We claim: 1. A polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin comprising a blend composed mainly of two components of: a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin comprising a skeleton derived from an acid moiety with not less than 90% by mole of the skeleton being 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and a skeleton derived from a hydroxy moiety with not less than 90% by mole of the skeleton being an ethylenedioxy group, said polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of from 0. 3 to 0. 5 dl/g; and a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin comprising a skeleton derived from an acid moiety with not less than 90% by mole of the skeleton being 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and a skeleton derived from a hydroxy moiety with not less than 90% by mole of the skeleton being an ethylenedioxy group, said polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of from 0. 5 to 0. 7 dl/g; said resin blend having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of from 0. 31 to 0. 68 dl/g. 2. The polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin according to claim 1, wherein the blending ratio (on a weight basis) of the former polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin to the latter polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin is in the range of from 5:95 to 95:5. 3. The polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin according to claim 1, wherein the degree of dispersion of said resin blend is in the range of from 2. 8 to 5. 4. A polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate film comprising a resin blend according to claim 1 and having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of from 0. 31 to 0. 68 dl/g. 5. A modified polyethylene-2-,6-naphthalate resin comprising a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate resin having a skeleton derived from an acid moiety with not less than 90% by mole of the skeleton being a 2,6-naphthalenedicarbonyl group and a skeleton derived from a hydroxy moiety with 90 to 99. 5% by mole of the skeleton being ethylene glycol and 0. 5 to 5% by mole of the skeleton being a hydroxy compound having three or more ester forming functional groups
