The composition of matter according to claim 1, wherein the mixture comprises: 1,2-dimethyl-3,5-diphenyl-pyrazolium methyl sulfate and 3,6-dimethyl-4-octyne-3,6-diol.

The composition of matter comprising: a mixture of from 1 lb to 4 lb by weight of active cation per gallon of aqueous solution of a compound having the claim 1 formula (I): ##STR7## wherein R.
