DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond which can be used in the present invention is a compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond in its chemical structure and includes a monomer, a prepolymer (i. e. , a dimer, a trimer, an oligomer, or a mixture thereof) and a copolymer thereof. Examples of these compounds are unsaturated carboxylic acids and their derivatives, such as salts, esters with aliphatic polyhydric alcohols, amides with aliphatic polyamine compounds, and the like. Specific examples of the unsaturated carboxylic acids include acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid, crotonic acid, isocrotonic acid, maleic acid, etc. The salts of the unsaturated carboxylic acids include sodium salts and potassium salts of the above-recited acids.
