DETAILED DESCRIPTION In the present invention, there is employed as a monomer (a) a compound of the following general formula (I): R. sub. f B. sub. m (CH. sub. 2). sub. n --X--CR. dbd. CH. sub. 2 (I) wherein R. sub. f is a perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkenyl group having 7 to 21 carbon atoms, B is a bivalent group linking the R. sub. f group and --(CH. sub. 2). sub. n -- group, R is hydrogen atom or methyl group, X is a single bond or a bivalent group such as --O--, --OCO--, --COO--, --NHCO-- or --CO--, m is 0 or 1, and n is an integer of 1 to 10. Ethylenically unsaturated end-groups as shown by the formula --X--CR. dbd. CH. sub. 2 in the above formula (I) include, for instance, --CH. dbd. CH. sub. 2, --OCH. dbd. CH. sub. 2, --OCOC(CH. sub. 3). dbd. CH. sub. 2, --COOCH. dbd. CH. sub. 2, --NHCOCH. dbd. CH. sub. 2 and --COCH. dbd. CH. sub. 2, but are not limited to them. Bivalent groups containing --(CH. sub. 2). sub. n -- group and linking the both R. sub. f and --X--CR. dbd. CH. sub. 2 end-groups, as shown by the formula --B. sub. m (CH. sub. 2). sub. n -- in the above formula (I), include, for instance, --(CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --CO(CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --SO. sub. 2 (CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --O(CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --(CH. sub. 2). sub. 3 --O(CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --S(CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --(CH. sub. 2). sub. p --NR. sup. 1 (CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --CO--NR. sup. 1 (CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, --SO. sub. 2 --NR. sup. 1 (CH. sub. 2). sub. n --, ##STR1## wherein n is as defined above, R. sup. 1 is hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and p is an integer of 1 to 6. The perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkenyl end-groups R. sub. f may be those having a straight-chain structure, a branched-chain structure, a ring structure or a combined structure thereof. Preferable monomer (a) employed in the present invention is a compound of the following general formula (Ia): R. sub. f B. sub. m (CH. sub. 2). sub. n OCOCR. dbd. CH. sub. 2 (Ia) wherein R. sub. f, B, R, m and n are as defined above. The bivalent groups B linking the R. sub. f group and --(CH. sub. 2). sub. n -- group include, for instance, --CO--, --SO. sub
